The adjacent dining table comfortably seats your guests, providing a convenient spot for meals together. The main bedroom is a serene retreat featuring a king bed, a private bath with a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a king bed and is serviced by a hall-access bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the condo, allowing you to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh and clean. Palacio offers a range of on-site amenities to enhance your stay, including an outdoor pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, exercise facilities, and BBQ grills. Palacio 202 is your ideal home base for experiencing all that Perdido Key has to offer, blending comfort, convenience, and a prime location for a memorable beach vacation. There is a $75.00 non-refundable resort fee set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.   *Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required. *A signed rental agreement is mandatory. *No pets are allowed. *This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises. Parking: Parking passes for 2 vehicles are included in the cost of the reservation; only 2 vehicles are allowed. Please note that the HOA sets the cost of parking passes and is subject to change without notice. Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc. will need to be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing. There is a key fob required to access the amenities. If the key fob is lost, the HOA will charge a $100 replacement fee. These policies are in place to maintain the quality and enjoyment of your stay.
