Such a wonderful stay right on the beach, we will be back! Virginia was very accommodating and so sweet. We extended our stay and she made it happen. She communicated well and responded quickly. Condo was spotless and spacious. We had enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for the 6 days. One thing that stood out, is that she definitely made this condo a beautiful site and comfortable as if she was staying in it. Super Host!!!!💜💜💜

This property was wonderful! Our stay was fantastic and Virginia was such a delightful and hospitable host. The 12th floor was the perfect location and provided an amazing view of the gulf. The condo was equipped with all of the necessities that our family needed and we appreciated the extras (floaties, sand toys, starter supplies, etc), as well. We had a minor issue with the main entrance door, and Virginia couldn't have been more prompt, helpful, or kind. We highly recommend this property and would love to return! Thank you Virginia for being a great host!

Very nice and clean. A perfect beachfront place to stay. Large balcony. Comfy beds. Virginia was very attentive to questions and issues. Only one issue during stay with TV/Wi-Fi -and she sent a tech over first thing. Would recommend “Oh Happy Day” for your next PCB getaway l!

Beachfront Sunrise 1204
"Oh Happy Day" offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beachside charm for a memorable vacation such a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beach! The upgraded 200 MBPS WiFi and amenities like pools, hot tubs, and a snack shack definitely add to the relaxation. Being close to restaurants and Pier Park makes it convenient for dining and entertainment. Plus, the beach views from the 12th floor balcony are spectacular!
The space
Oh Happy Day at Sunrise Beach Resort is an amazing three bedroom and two bath condo. The living area of kitchen, dining, and seating accommodates 8 guests. The separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has a regular coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, 4 slice toaster, and great pots to whip up a quick meal. BBQ grill is first come basis.
