This is a wonderful unit located on a great stretch of beach! the owner was very responsive and friendly! The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. You will enjoy this unit and location!

We loved the condo. Jeff was very easy to work with, very prompt on any questions. I loved the area. It was close to all the amenities of Panama City Beach but without the noise. The beach, water and weather were so nice we never even checked out the pool area. By far the best sunset I've ever seen! I would definitely consider returning to this condo in the future.

This is the third time I have rented from Jeff. And once again, it was a great stay. Condo was just perfect for the 5 of us. The sunrises were amazing off the upper bedroom balcony, overlooking Carillon and the shoreline toward PCB. The sunsets off the living room balcony were great, directly overlooking the gulf. We saw dolphins from the balcony too. The condo was comfortable and clean. Kitchen had lots of pots/pans, dishes and utensils. It's a perfect location. Just an elevator ride to the beach. The village of Carillon is incredibly neat and relaxing. We visited Shipwrecked store, Little Beach Cafe for ice cream and Lake House Grille for fire oven pizza. Pinnacle offers two pools, a nice grilling area, playground, shuffleboard and bocci ball. Jeff couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. Highly recommend.

Easy to book and a wonderful stay. We needed a short getaway and this condo was perfect. Nice, secure, well kept property. The condo was fully stocked and clean when we arrived. Beach area isn’t too crowded and view from 7th floor is amazing!

Great views. Nice property. Communication with the very nice owner was great. He always got back to me quickly. 2 pools, tennis, nice beach. Condo was well equiped and very nice. It had everything we needed. The kids spent much of their time fishing in Powell lake right behind the property while my wife and I relaxed at the beach. We will definitely return.

We loved Pinnacle Port and this unit. It was nicely decorated, clean, and the location is WONDERFUL. It is away from all of the hustle and bustle of Panama City and the beach was not crowded at all, which I loved. My husband and son loved fishing at Lake Powell which is on the property, we brought home snapper to enjoy later! The pool area is very nice and well maintained and is on the Gulf side so you can lay out by the pool and still enjoy the ocean view and sounds. The owners were very accommodating and obviously take pride in their beach home. We will definitely return to Pinnacle Port and this condo again, it is our new happy place!

We just got back from our stay in Pinnacle Port. We had a great vacation. Our Condo looked just like the pictures. It was great. We could sit on the front balcony and watch the surf and relax. We could watch the sunrise from the bedroom balcony also. The beach is so close you don't have to walk far to get in the ocean. The pool at Pinnacle Port is 8-1/2 foot deep which I found out most of the pools in the newer places only have 5-1/2 foot deep. Part of the pool is underneath and part of it is outside. So if you get sunburned you can still swim. Jeffrey the owner was great to work with and I would recommend this unit to anybody. When we go back, we will definitely be staying in this unit. The condo location is ideal; just west of the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach and just east of the crowds at Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, etc, but close enough to drive to all of the attractions and restaurants in those areas. Jeff, the owner, is a breeze to work with and will absolutely ensure that everything goes perfect with your stay. The condo is clean and comfortable and has great ocean views from every room and is steps from the white sands and clear waters of the gulf! You can't beat these accomodations for a quiet, peaceful vacation far enough from the crowds, but close enough to attractions!
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

Our stay at Pinnacle Port was excellent. The condo was exceptional, nice, well furnished and comfortable to make us feel at home. The security was a welcome extra and the beach was beautiful and well kept. We saw sting rays and dolphins almost every day. The location was excellent and the area peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We will definitely look for this on our next visit. Thanks to the owner for his help and being courteous and attentative!

Our stay was perfect, the condo is clean, nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. One of my favorite things was the keyless entry. You just punched in a code and not having to worry about keeping up with a key for us or the kids was great! Views are wonderful and the owner was very nice to work with. The condo is everything the description says and more. Pinnacle Port is very family friendly, we rented bikes and rode everyday for ice cream. We hope to come back soon!

Pinnacle Port has a very nice beach, large heated pool, access to Lake Powell, great security, well kept grounds with playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, saunas, and a fitness room. The condo on the 7th floor has a nice view of the beach from one side and a distant view of the beach and Carrilon from the other balcany off the MBR. 2nd bedroom has a good beach view, too. Beds and furnishing are all first rate, kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.  We will try to rent this same unit again next year if possible.
