This condo has it all. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and pools. Minutes away from 30A, shopping, and groceries. The condo itself is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. Beach chairs, umbrella, games, towels and a cooler for your beach day. Cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch and watch tv after a day out. Kitchen fully stocked. Just a superb rental and experience. Tonia is an excellent host and communicated throughout the trip. Cannot wait for our next trip back.

We stayed at Tonia’s condo and had a great time. The condo has a perfect view of the water and has super easy access to the beach. The condo itself was clean and very nice. Couldn’t have better things to say!

WOW, WOW, WOW! What a special place this condo is! Situated in the middle of paradise this renovated condo has every single thing you might need or want to make your stay perfect. We were blown away by the attention to detail & cannot wait to return and enjoy it again. If we weren’t on the balcony enjoying the view then we were on the beach playing. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, toys, towels and more! It was so easy to enjoy the pool or the beach. Walking around the neighborhood and Carillon village were so much fun too. The shops and restaurants were amazing - we cannot wait to come back!

If you want a vacation stay that reminds you of a classic movie vacation but has all of the amenities, this is the place for you. This condo has spectacular views. Especially if you love sunsets and the ocean. This condo is super clean, bright, and relaxing. You can take walks on the beach, or stroll through Carillon and look at all of the beautiful houses. There’s a couple of restaurants on site too. So, you don’t really never have to leave. It’s a gated community, so it’s like your own little personal escape. However, if you like cooking there is a grocery store really close. You are also close to 30A if you want to go shopping or eat there as well. Papa Surf Burger Bar is our favorite! Come and stay a short time, or if you can stay a long time. If I had my choice, I’d never leave!

We absolutely loved staying at After Dune D’Lite. Tonia has thought of everything, very detailed, and easy to communicate with. Booking was very simple. The condo has anything and everything anyone could possibly need to make your vacation special. The view is accumulate. Beds are very comfy & the entire condo was VERY clean & smelled amazing! We definitely cannot wait to stay again at this amazing condo!

NEWLY renovated 2BD, 2 BR TOP Floor Beachfront Condo in Gated Community
We welcome you to make our spacious beachfront home your vacation destination. Located in the exclusive and gated oceanfront Pinnacle Port resort at Carillon Beach on the west end of Panama City Beach Florida. The secluded beach is next to Lake Powell (the largest dune lake in Florida) and Camp Helen State Park.
With our prime location, you are close to everything and yet feel miles away from it all. You can spend some time dining and shopping in Rosemary Beach/30A which is only 2 miles away. If you want to take the family for some fun at Pier Park in PC, you can be there in 15 minutes.
Our condo sits on the top floor (7th) of the sought-after C2 Building and comfortably sleeps 6 featuring two bedrooms with a King bed in the Master with spectacular views overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and two twin bunks with a view of the resort and Lake Powell. All bedrooms have fully renovated bathrooms, smart TV's, ceiling fans and roomy closets with updated furniture. A vacation should not mean you settle for things you would not have in your own home. The updated kitchen updated stainless appliances, granite countertops and every piece of cookware, utensils or other (Griddle, Keurig, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Blender, etc) that is needed to dine in if you choose. The kitchen, dining room and living room all offer incredible views of the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf. If you are in the mood to simply relax after a day of exploring, pull up a blanket and take a seat in the new leather furniture in front of the 65" Samsung TV.
Our balcony sits right atop the dunes and gulf and features 4 new high top poly chairs and table. Fell like dining al fresco and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves...go for it...you are that close.
The resort itself contains several amenities for your enjoyment. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, both indoor and outdoor pools, snack bar, saunas, fitness room, outdoor grills, etc. Additional dining and shopping options are a short walk or drive away and within the gates at Downtown Carillon. You can also go enjoy the natural beauty of Camp Helen State Park.
There is an additional one time $30 per vehicle registration fee for parking for your entire stay.
