Please reach out to Tara with any questions you may have. Sunkissed is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! If you haven't visited Carillon Beach, it is almost impossible to describe. I can guarantee once you give it a chance, you will never vacation anywhere else!
The house rental includes beach service for 4 from 3/01 - 10/31, weather permitting (4 lounges, 2 umbrellas).
You can heat the private pool for a $350 fee for a week. The belleview park community pool is heated and it is only a 1-2 minute walk from Sunkissed.
The HOA charges a $35 per vehicle parking fee for your stay.
We purchased the home in March 2021 so it is a newer listing.
