Our family has been staying at Surfside every Thanksgiving for over 20 yrs, sometimes it’s hit or miss with each unit being everything you expect it to be but i will say 1502 did not disappoint! The unit is updated, and well appointed. Julie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and she was extremely prompt with answering any emails or texts with questions or requests that we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future, and because of the excellent service we received from Julie, if this unit isn’t available we will only rent from properties that she manages 😊

Just back from another vacation in Miramar Beach. One of my favorite places on earth!! My friend and I booked a last-minute trip and arrived a few days later. Julie and Marsha were again very helpful with arrangements. The condo itself is very beautiful and well laid out. Plenty of cooking supplies if one decides to cook while on vacation. We mainly went out to eat at the many delicious restaurants nearby. The view from the huge balcony is unbelievable!! You can see everything!! The water is the prettiest turquoise and the sand is truly so soft and cool to your feet. We spent almost every minute at the condo on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze. It was fabulous!! The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. Fantastic water pressure in both showers which I loved. My shower in the master bath had many shower heads that can be turned on to turn the shower into a true spa experience with water massage from sides and above. The condo is currently for sale and whomever is lucky enough to buy it is getting a real gem!!! I highly recommend working with Julie and Marsha - they are very helpful and will make sure your vacation is wonderful!!!

This unit is beautiful with the windows ceiling to floor brings out the view so much more. Each room is decorated with such taste. Very large bathroom for master suite. Balconies have nice furniture and plenty of it. Sometimes others only have table and chairs. Not here. Free beach service. Will definitely be requesting this unit again.
