Surfside Resort Unit 0708, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We have stayed at Surfside for 30 yrs. Loved 708! Very clean, lovely balcony with nice furniture. Bed in master suite was very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. Nice kitchen ware. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for having us visit.

This property was perfect for what we needed, could use some updating but we only slept in the condo and ate. The owner was awesome to work with, will definitely be going back!!

I got married and stayed at this property. The view of the ocean was amazing from balcony. It was perfectly located to everything. The owners of property checked in on us. Loved it!

We greatly enjoyed our vacation at surfside resorts #708. Upon entering the place was very clean and updated. We were maxed out at 12 people, each bedroom had their own balcony entrance. It was very spacious. None of us felt like we were on top of one another. It had a gorgeous view of the ocean. My 71 year old father in law, didn't have to leave the balcony to get the ocean feel. He already has bad knees and hips/back, so him going down to the ocean everyday wouldn't of been easy for him. He is also a heart patient, so he could go in and out as he pleased when he felt too hot. Not only was the resort great, but so were the ladies that represent Cindy and Marsha. Booking was simple, and Julie was a pleasure to work with. She responded promptly via email and text when it came time for making payments. We will most definitely stay at this location again!

This condo fit all of our needs. The property manager was very responsive!

We loved the condo , and the owner was helpful and friendly.

The condo was clean and well kept. Check in and out was simple and easy. The pool area was wonderful and the pool water temps were warm. The condo was located just across the street from the beach but has a skywalk over the road so you don’t have to worry about crossing the street with young children . Grocery store was located only a few blocks away. We had 9 people staying in this condo ages ranging from 2 yrs -60 yrs old and we all had amazing time and we would definitely rent it again if we are ever back in this area
