Enjoy "island-hopping" as you explore the lushly landscaped grounds, or find a lounger and soak up the sun.  You will be surrounded by luxury the moment you step through the doors of this grande villa. This well-appointed home features a gourmet kitchen and elevator that can take you to any floor with ease. The whole family will love the game room and are only three houses away from your private beach access! We have arranged complimentary beach chair set up for you from Spring till early Fall.**

Renew your senses in the 30ft x 19ft private Lagoon Pool surrounded by mature palm trees and lush tropical foliage. There's plenty of luxury seating and even a cabana in the back to get a little extra shade. The spa area of the heated Pool** will melt your stress away. Aqua Grande's backyard creates the perfect backdrop for the destination wedding of your dreams or just a family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!

Third floor: Sleeps 12 King Bedroom with Queen sofa-bed (Sleeps 4) En Suite Bathroom King Bedroom (Sleeps 2) En Suite Bathroom Bunk Room Room with six twin beds (Sleeps 6) Balcony overlooking the Lagoon Pool  A beach cart and 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

**Pool can be heated from November 1 - May 30 for an additional $75 daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.  We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
