We had a great stay for our family of 5. The entire complex was very well taken care of and there were great views everywhere. The short walk to the beach and private gate made things easy. We would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo this summer! It was very clean and had everything we could need! I appreciated the black out curtains for the little ones as well as the extra twin bed in the guest bedroom! The beach was beautiful as well as the pool (although way too warm!!). This condo is located just across the road from the ocean with the balcony looking out over the beach and ocean. The condo was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and furnished with everything needed for our stay. The outdoor balcony also had nice, heavy duty swivel, rocking chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we were very pleased it was a very nice, clean, pet friendly condo and area. The whole community seemed very accommodating towards pets, which was very important to us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, the house had everything we needed. There are some Restaurants close by. The view was amazing. Communication with host was great. They were there when we reached out and needed them and otherwise on our own, which we liked very much. We’d rent this place again for sure.
 

We have stayed at this facility over ten times. It is our favorite, we enjoy the cleanliness, the view, the private beach, and the fact that we can eat lunch at Pompano Joes every day! This unit was top notch. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of living room seating. I appreciated the small things like power strips on the night stands, hand soap at every sink, and plenty of hooks in the bathrooms. The fact that the unit had leftovers of dishwash soap, and dishwasher pellets was very appreciated. The rental company was great to work with, I called a few times with questions and someone always picked up. The ladies that work maintenance at Mediterranea are hard workers and keep the place spotless.

We loved everything about this property! I would go back in a minute! Everything was pristine and our particular unit was amazing. And the view!! Couldn't beat it. We go to this area of Florida every year and this unit was by far our favorite. The only thing we didn't like was the beach service and that is only because of the individual who was working. But this is no reflection on the property. Just our opinion!

Better than the pics!

The place was very clean. Directly across the street from the beach. Wonderful view of the ocean. Highly recommend staying there. One minor detail about the private beach is we were told we couldn't set up a canopy tent. Had we known ahead of time we wouldn't have packed that. Great time otherwise

Condo excellent and had everything we needed snd then some.. very clean.. beds off the chart comfy.. only issue. Workout facility was under construction.

We stayed here from Nov. 7 - 14. It was such a great place to stay! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and the sunset. The condo was decorated beautifully and felt so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved sitting at the snack bar and had all of our meals there. (When we didn't go out to a tasty restaurant for dinner!) We also brought our bikes and there was plenty of room to keep them in the underground parking by our car. We went on a bike ride everyday on the path that follows Scenic 98. The pool, hot tub and grounds were beautiful. The beach access was so close. We had such a relaxing vacation. I would go back in a heart beat!

My family and I enjoyed this property very much and will return. Its so nice ,you leave your condo and just a short walk very short to the beach. Pool was great and the beach service was awesome.

My family and I decided to take a quick getaway for summer. We found the property and condo absolutely beautiful. We had a gulf view from every room. The owners were very accommodating in providing many necessities. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location. Definitely would stay there again!

We’ve stayed at the Mediterranea for 6 years and this was our favorite unit.

The property was as listed. The pool was perfect and access across the beach was great. We had a wonderful view and enjoyed being close to many attractions and restaurants.

Our stay at Mediterranea was very nice. We saw this property on previous stays in Destin and commented on how nice it looked. The location was great as it was across the street from the beach and Pompano Joes.
They were doing window treatment maintenance during our week which we were aware of prior to arriving. It was a minor inconvenience and a concession was made on our weekly rate by Laura with "Beach Condos in Destin" who were great to work with!
The condo was spacious and it was great to have two and a half baths and a tub in the master bathroom for the little ones. There was also a trundle bed in the second bedroom and a roll out cot available which was stored in one of the closets of the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and the pool was large and warm. It was also nice to have green space to play for the kids. Covered parking was very convenient since we arrived the day Irma hit, and there were plenty of carts available for luggage. We also enjoyed having beach service provided as we had great weather for the week after the storm passed.
We look forward to another stay at Mediterrana 412 D!

We LOVED staying in this condo. This was our first time here. The place was really nice, big & had all the essentials you need. The complex is very nice as well. The view from our balcony was awesome, saw dolphins every morning. We WILL be back!!!

This was a truly beautiful, relaxing place to vacation. Going in October was beautiful--great temps (not too hot) and not too much humidity. If you don't like crowds and want to relax this is the time of the year to go! The condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the beautiful beach is gorgeous. Sunsets really pretty, too. The condo was more than adequate for just the two of us and was VERY clean. The trail in front is a great to walk or bike on. . The bike/scooter rental place is half a block away and really convenient. So much to do in this area--we can't say enough about renting 412 and all there is to do in the Destin area.

Almost perfect! Kitchen was a little lacking in cookware (only one very small frying pan for six people just doesn't work for our needs), but it was not a deal-breaker. Having stayed in several other condos at Mediterranea, I can truly say this was "The Best"! Beautifully decorated without being too "over the top" kitschy. Comfortable furniture. Beds were perfection. This is a great condo for families. Internet issues were quickly resolved by the rental representative. We will be staying here again for sure!

We love it here. Destin is such a wonderful place to vacation and we've been coming here for years. This unit was one of the nicest ones we've ever stayed at. The decor inside the condo was lovely and the view outside the condo was breathtaking. To wake up and have breakfast on the patio, overlooking the ocean was a treat. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view of the pool and a short walk to the beach, made this place memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed for our week stay at the beach. It was clean and everything was in good working order. Never waited on an elevator the whole time we were there.
