What a wonderful trip! Communication prior to check in was clear and very helpful. Check in was a breeze and the space matched the description exactly. This space has been beautifully updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and lovely. The entire space was well thought out and we couldn’t have asked for more! We look forward to our next visit!

We have stayed at Maravilla many times and we love where it is located walking on each side street very dog friendly gorgeous view from balcony nice BBQ area with cover at back of complex Un walking distance to Pompano Joes and Kenny D’S….

When they said the view was great, they weren't kidding! When you walk in the front door, you can see the crashing waves, and emerald green at that! The condo is very nicely decorated with all the special touches. The furniture is very nice, real furniture that is heavy and ornate. The balcony was my favorite with super comfy chairs. Loved it! The gated community is nice with both condominiums and beautiful beach houses. There is a nice bike path to walk or ride and two pools. You also receive two chairs and umbrella on beach at no cost. When we first arrived the water heater was on the lowest setting so we didnt have hot baths until we realized we needed to turn it up. We have noticed this happens many times at places we've rented so if you don't have hot water or anything is not quite right just ask and they are usually very quick to help. The kitchen sink water pressure was low and it wasn't ever hot but it wasn't a big deal. you might want to bring a blanket for the fold out couch, but they had everything else! The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils and serving spoons. We were able to book this condo at last minute as we were in a bind with our other arrangements and were so happy to have found it! The people were very friendly and even checked on us to make sure we had enjoyed our stay on the day of check out. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable and very well situated on Scenic 98. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Maravilla and really love this location. I highly recommend this condo! It is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and they have all the comforts of home plus a beautiful view.

We were able to book this trip the day before arrival with no issues. Location was very convenient and had easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and Renee (property manager) was very responsive to our needs. Overall, great trip and would recommend.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo was furnished nicely and provided a nice view of the beach and ocean. Very good proximity to the beach and one of the pools. I would definitely recommend this condo and will keep it in mind for future vacations. Another plus is that this community is very pet friendly. I think everyone that we encountered had at least one dog!

We absolutely loved our week at this condo in Miramar! This particular unit was beautifully decorated, so much so that the photos don’t even do it justice. We’ve stayed in numerous Homeaway/VRBO condos in both Destin and Orange Beach over the years, and this one was by far the nicest!
We had a wonderful view of the beach from directly across the street, and our bed was as good or better than home. The proximity to Silver Sands and numerous local restaurants was phenomenal. The only negative was the seven remote controls in the living room for apparently for gamers and DVD watchers, making watching TV in there a challenge (but there was only one remote in each of the two bedrooms, so no problem there). We will definitely be staying in this same unit in the future.

We have rented the same unit several times over the years and could not be more pleased! The property has always been well maintained and super clean upon arrival. There has also been a good book or 2 to read during my stay. The location is perfect to enjoy all the activities that Destin has to offer. The huge bonus is that the beach set up is included and I don't have to haul beach chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend this condo!

This unit is very well appointed and the furnishings etc. are very nice. The only reason I did not give it five stars is due to the bed height in the front bedroom. The mattress sits atop two storage drawers which makes it quite high. Otherwise we had an enjoyable experience.

We came to Destin to renew our wedding vows on the beach and celebrate our 32nd anniversary.. It was very important that we be able to bring our little dog with us. I searched for months trying to find a place that was nice and on the beach that accepted dogs . I finally decided on the Maravilla even though we were sad that we would not be directly sitting on the beach but across the street. However, when we arrived and saw how nicely decorated the unit was and how very convenient it was to the beach we were pleasantly surprised. We love this condo and tried to get it again this year but unfortunately someone beat us to it so we are staying in another unit a few doors down this year and we are very much looking forward to it! Hopefully this year it wont rain like it did on our ceremony on the beach . That was a bummer!! Every other day was great and having chairs on the beach waiting for us was awesome.
