Slip Aweigh 504 booking:
When booking, you will be charged 1/2 of the weekly rental rate as your deposit. The remaining renal rate, all taxes and cleaning fee are not due until 60 days prior to your arrival date. There are no additional fees. I do not charge a security deposit. I also pay the damage waiver fee for every guest. Cancellations more than 60 days before you arrive, will be issued a full refund minus a payment processing charge.

The view was beautiful, very close to several restaurants, and within walking distance to several shops as well.
We have stayed at a few other places in the Destin area and i feel this side was much nicer and more quite which was perfect for our family!
This has been our best spot yet for a family vacation! We will sure be back to visit again!

The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony. Having the beach just steps away and daily access to a complimentary umbrella & beach chairs was definitely a bonus. Charlene was a wonderful host. Her communications were friendly & clearly stated. We appreciated her prompt replies & willingness to go above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect! My husband and I are already looking forward to a future stay in Slip Aweigh 504.

Charlene’s place was exactly how it was described and even better in person! It was the perfect place for our family of four. Her place was absolutely beautiful inside and the view was stunning. Plus there were so many great restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. It was the perfect location. Charlene was such a great host! She was so helpful and offered so many wonderful recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely be booking again with her. 10 out of 10 experience!

Beautiful condo and great location. We loved our stay and hope to be back again sometime very soon! Charlene had all the extras in the unit and there was plenty of extra bedding/ blankets, if needed. The view is very serene and nice beach and heated pool across the street. Charlene was great at communicating and quick to answer any questions.

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. I am not a beach guy but because of the location to the beach and pool with such an amazing condo, now I can't wait to come back to the beach over and over again as long as I stay at Slip Aweigh 504!

This unit is divine! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, even enough toilet paper for the whole stay (that was a first!) Lots of great games, cards, puzzles and books to enjoy. The beds were so comfortable. The hostess was great and communicated well. Lots of extras in this unit, like coat hangers, beach towels, blue tooth speaker, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Charlene's place was top notch, , we felt as if we were home as soon as we walked through the door. From everything to crossword puzzles, to playing cards, to a completely stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. I highly recommend Charlene's place. Beautiful location that is also private as well, you walk aross the street to have access to the private beach along with chairs and an umbrella to sit in all day with the sound of the ocean, along with 2 pools onsite. Her place was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Charlene was wonderful to work with, she made sure we had everything for our stay, she was extremely communicative and always got back to me quickly. 10/10 owner and Airbnb absolutely stunning.

We had a wonderful trip at this condo. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! It is right next to the restaurant Kenny D's, which is fabulous as we ate there multiple times. There are quite a few other wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. The beach is directly across the street with an easy crosswalk. Charlene answered any quiestions I had quickly and was happy to do so. She checked in via email during the trip just to make sure we had everything we needed.Thanks so much for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Featuring everything you'll need for a wonderful, reaxing getaway! We stayed at this luxury condo for our 50th Anniversary celebration. Charlene was the most hospitable hostess we've ever encountered in our travels. She responded quickly to all our inquiries and surprised us with a lovely Anniversary gift. The place is very clean, tastefully decorated and is exactly like the pictures indicate. Gorgeous views of the water and beautiful sunsets are a plus. A perfect location, 2 pools to choose from and ample private parking to enjoy. We've been coming to Miramar Beach for years staying elsewhere but, wanting something new, tried Slip Aweigh 504. Such a great decision! This unit can't be beat!

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! We stayed for a week and were amazed at all of the amenities this unit had to offer. Not only are you welcomed by the gorgeous ocean view and gourmet kitchen but Charlene does an amazing job making sure your stay is a 5-star experience. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. This unit literally provides all of the comforts of home from amazing cookware, comfy blankets, extra seating, washer and dryer, you name it! This property is extremely clean and also featured 2 pools, the one on the beach is heated which was nice for the colder days. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Destin. Slip Aweigh 504 - Leeward Key - Luxury Gulf View Condo
This condo is comfortably appointed for a maximum of 6 guests. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and the living room has a queen-sized murphy bed. The master bedroom has a private spacious ensuite, a large window with a breathtaking gulf view, an extremely comfortable king bed, an extra large TV, a large closet, and plenty of storage space. The master bath is completely remodeled and updated with a modern, designer, tiled walk-in oversized shower. This bedroom has a table and chairs for a quiet place to use as a workspace, read or relax and take in the view. The second master bedroom has the same king-size bed, closet, extra large TV, storage space, and spacious ensuite. This bathroom is accessible from the living space as well. This bathroom is also completely remodeled with an oversized walk-in tile shower that includes built-in bench seating.
Guests will be allowed 2 free parking spaces on site. The parking is directly behind the building and a short walk to the elevator for extremely convenient access in and out of the building. The property has a fitness room for guests and bike rentals available.
