DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

Welcome to Waters Edge Resort on beautiful Okaloosa Island.  Our luxury beach resort offers a island experience with the convenience of local activities, shopping, and dining.    This exclusive resort is surrounded by tropical landscape and offers room to walk and relax within the property.  A large, open courtyard is adjoins the expansive pool and lounging deck.  Private and gated, these amenities are for guests only.  A private boardwalk with showers makes beach cleanup a breeze.  All reservations receive free beach service between March 1 and October 31.  Two chairs and an umbrella are provided by the professional beach vendor daily.  



Plan your perfect family vacation in our amazing oceanfront beach condo, Waters Edge 514.  This amazing beach rental offers sleeping for six in a one-bedroom floorplan, perfect for a family with children or teens.  



The Full Kitchen is equipped with the latest in stainless appliances...dishes, silverware, and cookware are included.  A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and standard oven make your week at the beach feel like home.  We provide both k-cup and standard coffee makers for that perfect start to every day.  



The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a private bath suite.  A private master bath offers moderate vanity and glass shower.  Just outside the master bedroom, you will find the built-in hallway bunkbeds, that are perfect for children or teens.  We also offer a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two, which is ideal for children, teens, or adults.  



The balcony is adorned with comfortable bar-height chairs for taking in the scenery.  From here, the ocean and beach are in direct view over the tropic courtyard and pool. 



Cleanup is a breeze with your own private washer & dryer.   Your reservation will also include a complimentary starter supply of laundry detergents, dish detergents, and toiletries.  



Enjoy a quick workout in the complex’s centrally located exercise room, lounge around the largest gulf-front pool in the area or take a one minute walk to the white sandy beach of Fort Walton.

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.
