Condo is in a great spot. It is a bayside condo, but the sky bridge to walk across the beach is easily accessible and makes it very convenient to get to the beach. Place was clean, owner is very responsive and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Lazy river at the condo complex was great for the kids!

My family had a great stay and made lots of fun memories. The kids loved the pool and lazy river. The condo was clean and had everything we needed available. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Virginia is a wonderful host and very responsive if you have questions or need help with anything. We would love to come back and stay here again.

This place is beautiful! So much to do and see. We got there and the fridge was broken and Virginia’s husband was there later that night with a new fridge! Great people and her response time is very quick! 10/10 would recommend!

Had everything you could ever need.
Loved this place. The only thing I suggest is beach chairs because it is very pricey to rent the ones provided like 225.00 for the week. We just bought our own from Walmart! We loved staying here the best of the bay and the ocean.

The only thing we had a problem with was shower in master bath had to shower with shoes. Mold and mildew on floor. Needs Clorox and a scrub brush. Everything else was good.

Our family had a great stay. Condo was clean, everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening playing games together after dinner. The Lazy River was a family favorite. Close to restaurants and things to do. Viriginia responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this condo again.

All the amenities were great, condo had a great view, easy to get in and out of since it was close to the elevator, as well as Virginia was extremely responsive with the few questions that we had. D- (the pool watch-dog) was AWESOME!!! Friendly and keeping a close eye on everyone. We will be back!

Loved staying here! GREAT location to enjoy the bay and the gulf. It was a nice touch to find a full bag of ice ready for use in the freezer. Virginia as very responsive with our questions prior to and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Our Aqua Pelican offers the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation for a beach vacation at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort! With amenities like pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and bay water access, there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the resort. The beach access via the walkover bridge and boardwalk makes it convenient to enjoy the beautiful Emerald coast. Plus, being within a 10-minute stroll to food, music, and fun adds to the convenience. A wonderful spot for a memorable vacation!

The space
Sleeps 8 - no additional accommodations
Primary Bedroom boosts a King size luxurious bed with its own cable TV. Corner wrap-around windows with views of the palm trees and balcony access. Huge ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and jetted bathtub and large walk in closet make this feel like your home away from home.
Your guest will sleep comfortably in this large guest bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and top-of-the-line bedding. There is easy access to the second full bathroom and cable TV, too.
3rd bedroom houses a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top and drawer space on bottom for storage and the kids even have their own flat screen LCD television!

Contactless Entry
A door code will be emailed within three days of planned arrived to the Aqua Pelican.
All guests 12 and up MUST wear condo amenity band to access and enjoy the resort amenities. Staff will deny access to anyone with out proper wristbands. This condo is equipped with 8 wristbands. All wristbands must be returned to the condo prior to departure. ANY MISSING WRISTBANK will result in a $30 replacement fee per band.

Extended stays inquiries during the off season are best sent via booking request.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER.
Full refund less booking and transaction fees within 48 hours of booking. Firm booking refund policy of the same up to 30 days prior to stay. No refund after 30 days.
