Seaside Smiles is an elegant four-bedroom, three-bathroom home located on the picturesque peninsula of Holiday Isle. This stunning retreat is encircled by shimmering emerald waters.
As you step onto the main floor, you’ll be greeted with an abundance of natural light streaming through windows that showcase the surrounding scenic views.
The living room invites you to relax with its plush seating and large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring expansive countertops and plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen also includes a cozy dining nook in addition to a formal dining table, making it easy to serve meals and snacks.
The home offers four generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, double vanities, a jetted tub, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equally luxurious with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin-size beds. A fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, comes with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa available for extra sleeping space.
