The unit features 3 bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds with private bathrooms, while the 3rd bedroom is perfect for children or adults with two bunk beds featuring full beds on the bottom. The unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults, making it a perfect family-friendly accommodation.

The living room and dining room, both beachfront, offer large windows that provide stunning views from the fully stocked kitchen. The living room offers a new corner-wrapped luxury sofa. A new dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10, with additional seating for 4 at the counter. The spacious kitchen features new cabinets with fresh hardware and plenty of cooking and serving essentials.

The living room includes the new luxurious wrap-around sofa and two accent chairs. The brilliant 75-inch smart television has DVR recording, so you won't miss your favorite shows or sporting events while at the beach. Using personal TV codes, you can stream any movie or show in any room in the condo.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older and stay at the property throughout the rental period.

Sugar Dunes is an exclusive gated community with a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. Anyone found with more than 2 vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Vehicles parked outside garages must be parked in designated spaces, and parking passes must be displayed at all times during your stay. No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed on the property.
