? This property has 7 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
? LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
? The driveway is shared with the carriage house and one parking space is available for Ocean Ayer Main House. The garage is not for guest use. Additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. A parking pass is required for street parking and will be in the Seacrest amenity packet.
