We had thirteen in our party, including one person with accessibility needs. The elevator was a deal breaker. He couldn’t have participated in family meals or fellowship time without it. There were ample dishes and silverware and great startup paper goods and soaps for those who otherwise would have needed to run to the nearby Publix to get them. There was ample space and bathrooms galore. The ten-seater table plus four bar stools made eating together possible. The mini pool was nice to cool off outdoors. Our street was more like a cul-de-sac. Quiet! There were so many bikes! There was a wonderful view of the ocean. It was perfect for us!
