Spread across three spacious floors, 30A Beach Bliss offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. With four king bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom, and a cozy bunk room that sleeps four, this stunning home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Need extra sleeping space? A sleeper sofa and rollaway bed provide room for three more, ensuring everyone feels right at home.

An interior elevator conveniently connects all three floors, making this retreat ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway by the sea.

The second floor boasts a delightful splash pool with ample outdoor seating and a covered dining area, perfect for unwinding in the coastal breeze. Adjacent to the pool, a cozy nook with a sofa and fireplace invites you to relax in style.

Downstairs, the ground-floor covered area is a true entertainer's dream. This expansive space includes a stylish living area with a large flat-screen TV and fireplace, a dining room, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a sink, mini fridge, and gas grill. Dune Allen can be described as laid-back old Florida. With miles of trails, five coastal dune lakes and sprawling beaches, it's a nature lovers dream. Just a short drive to Gulf Place shops, makes it perfect for families who don't like the crowds and restrictions of other 30A beaches yet close to it all.

Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It's right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard.
