This property welcomes you with open arms from the moment you enter. With 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a tiled balcony, the space feels airy and inviting. The balcony is an outdoor haven with a bar-top table, four chairs, a settee, and chaise loungers—perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking in the views.
The main bedroom offers a plush king bed and direct access to the balcony, while the ensuite bathroom boasts a garden-style tub, a separate walk-in shower, and double sinks. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bathroom is easily accessible from the hallway with a tub/shower combination.
Legacy Key 203 provides exceptional amenities, including a bayfront outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a gazebo with grilling facilities and an outdoor seating area. While the pier and boat docks are reserved for owner use, you can pick up and drop off guests for a day on the water. Nearby boat launches include Cotton Bayou and Boggy Point.

This property is available for monthly rentals only, in 30-night increments.
