The house was luxurious and beautifully decorated. It was simply a week of PARADISE. The house is absolutely gorgeous and simply amazing. The rooms are so spacious and you will be 100% satisfied with your stay and the cleanliness of the home. Don’t hesitate to book your stay as you won’t regret it. This vacation was one of the best and most memorable we’ve ever had experienced. PRIVATE in-ground heated swimming pool outdoor music pickle ball court fire pit fenced in yard elevator game room, washer, and dryer private driveway several decks with seating, incredible beach views. Sugar white beaches with laid-back family atmosphere. Fully equipped to not only give you the best location possible, but all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The morning coffee was so enjoyable sitting out on the deck, enjoying the ocean view. Sitting around the fire pit and having s’mores with family and fellowship and building memories were so special. Everett met us there and showed us around the house. He shared places to go eat at and beautiful sites to see. He was very knowledgeable and quite funny as well. Everett will take care of anything that might go wrong in the house even if it’s a burnout lightbulb, he will arrive within minutes. Was able to meet the home owner Pete Kling and what an amazing guy. So humble and kind hearted. He definitely treated us like family and felt as if we had been friends for years . Truly a man with Gods own Heart! Thanks y’all for your kindness. I would highly recommend the Pelican's Perch at Gulf Shores. Home to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable beach vacation. It truly exceeded all our expectations and we can’t wait to come back.
OMG. I'm blushing. Just seeing this because there was an issue with the ECBYO listing. We do our best to provide a concierge level experience for all of our guests, but I have to admit that the minor plumbing issue that you experienced during your visit was a blessing because it gave me a chance to meet such a wonderful family. We stayed here with our family and grandkids and there was so much to do at the property and around Gulf Shores. The location was a very short walk to the beach. The home was clean and with the bikes for the kids and pool and the fire pit. S’mores were a hit. The second living space was great. I would definitely recommend this property for families to enjoy. We made lots of memories here.

My family and I celebrated Christmas 2021 in the house and it was wonderful. I think we were one of the first guests right after a full renovation. We loved the home, clean and big kitchen, great location and we took advantage of the fire pit each night. We will be back!

Had a great stay at Pelican's Perch. We decided to take a pit stop in Gulf Shores on our way to New Orleans and this property was beyond our expectations because of all the upgrades that are not seen in any of the listing pictures. The new owner is in town overseeing all the upgrades and is upgrading nearly everything (new floors, new paint, new mattresses, new furniture, and upgrading/adding so many amenities). We LOVED the coffee-bar and the firepit. The weather was warm enough to fill up our beach wagon with beach toys, chairs, and beach towels and take the 2 minute walk to the beach. We even got to go on a bike ride as the house came with bicycles. Kids enjoyed the many outdoor games and we loved the arcade games. Only regret is not having more days to enjoy the additional amenities offered by the property. With more upgrades on the way we would love to stay at Pelican's Perch again.

The Pelicans Perch was the perfect spot for my families vacation. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was even better than the pictures, as Anwer has completely renovated the house and all the decor! There is a game room with arcade games, fire pit and outside grill area! The house is beautiful and has all the essentials, including a gourmet coffee bar, which was a nice touch. The view of the beach was amazing and the location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Bikes, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas we’re all provided which was definitely an added bonus! Anwer went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend the Pelicans Perch to anyone looking for a luxury vacation is Gulf Shores.

We were a group of three families with teenagers, filling the house, taking advantage of all the amenities & having a WONDERFUL time despite the weather. Booking & check-in was easy-peasy. Communication & help when needed was quick & appreciated!! Property manager Everett was very welcoming & helpful throughout the week! Would definitely stay here again!!
