Million $ View, Fort Morgan, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

Ron and Lynn are the BEST!!!! Hands down the best rental I have ever been too!!

We made another year of fun memories in this beautiful home. As always, this home provides stunning views, is spotlessly clean, and has plenty of space for all 10 of us. This time we were fortunate enough to get to watch the return of the SpaceX capsule upon its return to Earth from the 2nd floor sun deck. What a magnificent opportunity and addition to our years of Million Dollar View memories!!

We have visited this house for over 10 years now. The house with its ocean views are so relaxing. I don’t spend time in the water but the family does and the beach access is fantastic. I love the balcony and the swing on the beach level. The owners are great and take care of any problems very quickly. Thanks Lynn & Ron!

We had another great stay at Million $ View! For the first time, after 18 years of renting vacation homes, we caused some damage to a house. The homeowners were fantastic to deal with, accepting the fact that accidents happen. The issue was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. Thankfully, we still received our “Thank You” tin of cookies from the homeowner. They are really good!

Our group of friends have rented this beautiful home in November for 3 years now. There are 10 of us and each of these bedrooms provides privacy from the others, has nicely tended linens, and plenty of space for all. The views are exceptional and each sunset is a reminder of why the home has the name Million $ View. We love the local restaurants nearby, the offerings of the Gulf State Park, and never tire of the beach. The owners take exceptional care to be sure everything is working properly and their guests are provided with everything possible. Our 2020 stay is already booked! New memories are on the way!!

Million $ View is an amazing house. I have rented this this house for 8 years and I will keep coming back for many years!!! Not only is the house beautiful and spacious, but the view is spectacular!!!! When you rent his house you have your own boardwalk just a few steps from the ocean!!! The kitchen is large and open to the downstairs living room. There are 2 refrigerators (and a 3rd on beach level), 2 dishwashers, grill, and many appliances and cookware. There is an upstairs living room as well for more privacy. All balconies have wonderful seating for that "Million $ View"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Million $ View is a fantastic beach house. It is a large house and sleeps many but also allows a lot of privacy to the guest if desired within the house. We have stayed at this house every year since 2011 with the exception of 2017. We love the thought of going back to the same place year after year. The owners are great and easy to work with.

The house is perfect for groups of friends or family. Most rooms have their own bathroom and there are multiple areas for gathering indoors or outdoors. The kitchen has everything for cooking big meals for the whole group. The house comes with all kinds of chairs, bloats and boogie boards for the beach. The house is slightly set apart so it's very private and quiet. The sunsets are spectacular. It's all GOOD!!

Total privacy if you want it, and great setting for margaritas on the beach at sunset. Crystal clear water, white sands and wonderful Gulf breezes. Every year our annual gathering gives us a true break from the mundane. We love to cook and this kitchen is well stocked for the sublime or easy. A short drive to town gives us access to great fried seafood and shopping if cooking isn't your thing!

I have stayed in rental houses in other parts of the world as well as several in the Gulf Shores area. Million Dollar View is my favorite, and I have now gone every year for several years. The location is perfect, away from high rises and crowds. And the house is incredible. The views are especially wonderful because of the angle of the house and the absence of close neighbors. The rooms are gorgeously decorated with beach themes and the house is bright and airy. There is an abundance of sea life; this year there were huge flicks of sea gulls and pelicans, herons, and the dolphins leaping out of the water. The exterior of the house includes palm trees and flowers watered with an irrigation system. There is seating under the house, on the front porch, and the upstairs balcony. The owner is the most responsive I have encountered so any questions are addressed immediately. Staying at Million Dollar View is the highlight of my life every year. I now live in France but have and will always spend time each year at this house. I can not recommend any place more highly.

We come here every year for a girls vacation and just love this house. It’s spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect and right on the beach. The owners are very responsive to our needs and questions and maintain the property to a high level. I highly recommend this property.

A group of us women have been coming for years. It was always a wonderful place to stay, but when the new owners took over it was perfection. They added so many lovely touches and hired a new management person. When we arrived a few weeks back, I had never seen the house so clean. The location is marvelous and the house is wonderful. We were there the week before labor day and some days we only saw a couple of people on the beach. The house is so nicely appointed especially the kitchen. There is every kind of appliance, cookware, and dinnerware. There are two refrigerators and two microwaves which is great for a large group of renters. I highly recommend this magical place. You won't be disappointed.

My family along with my sister’s family have stayed in this lovely home during our last two summer vacations. (We’re looking forward to our third in 2020!) The views from the various areas in the house are magnificent! The beach is private with very few people around your space. The walkway to the beach is great! It provides some shade as well as a great place for the children to play. We love the layout of the house as it provides privacy if desired, but also a spacious area for family gatherings. The porch and decks provide plenty of outdoor space. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the ice machine is such a hit with everyone in our group! The owners respond quickly to questions and addressed any concerns in a timely manner. We hope to spend many more vacations in this lovely home!

We have stayed at Million$View every December – January since 2016 and are returning this December – January and we hope to return every December – January for many years. The layout of the house is wonderful and leaves room for everyone to enjoy the view of the sea. It is a well-designed house that has the most fantastic views of the Gulf at each level: ground, main and upper. We love to sit on the main level porch in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sea life in action. We also get to watch the Blue Angels practice their routines out over the Gulf. The house is well appointed with everything that you will need from microwaves, cook top, oven, ice machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, washer, dryer and for the kids - sand toys, games, and puzzles. If something goes awry, Lynn is very responsive, even giving the cable company heck when they have problems. She is a wonderful person to work with and provides answers to all of your questions. Our friends and family who visit us during our stays believe that we are the luckiest people to have the opportunity to stay in such a lovely house. They were all amazed at the beauty of the house, the beaches, and the well-appointed rooms. The house is twenty minutes or so from major grocery stores, the outlet shops, great restaurants (especially LuLu’s) in Gulf Shores. It is also about an hour from Pensacola Air Base with a great museum. Mobile also has some great museums, such as the U.S. Alabama battleship. Down the road is historic Fort Morgan. We have met some wonderful people at the beach on our walks who have become good friends, which is the magic of the Ft. Morgan beach area. Also magical is the wild life; the many dolphins, sea gulls, crabs, herons, and birds in general. The beaches are the softest sugar sand that we have ever walked. Our time in this house has given us much for which to be thankful.

We love this home! My family & I have gone every fall for the past few years & absolutely love it! The home is very homey! It has all the kitchen appliances you could need, personal touches throughout the house, fun books you can read on the beach or deck, plenty of beach toys, & it’s super clean!! Did I mention the beach? The beach is beautiful & we love that this property is right on it!! Morning & nightly beach walks are our kids favorite! And I cannot say enough about the owners! She is very available via phone, gives dinner suggestions, & is downhome hospitable about everything! We have had as many as 13 in the house to as few as 5 & it’s perfect for all!! I really cannot day enough about the Gibson’s or The Millon Dollar View!!
